QGEMService

QGEMService software provides a single point SECS/GEM interface that is configurable to enable the Semiconductor or Photovoltaic OEM to meet the Customer’s SECS/GEM compliance requirement for their machines.

 

It allows the machine to send information like event report, control, communication and process status, alarms and variable data to the Host. It accepts Host recipe upload & download, remote command, text display and data query request.

QGEMService supports the following SEMI Standards:

  • SEMI E4 – SEMI Equipment Communication Standard 1 (SECS-I)

  • SEMI E5 – SEMI Equipment Communication Standard 2 (SECS-II)

  • SEMI E30 – Generic Model of Communication and Control (GEM)

  • SEMI E37 – High Speed SECS Message Services (HSMS-SS)

QGEMService

QGEMHost software provides SECS/GEM connectivity to multiple SECS/GEM Compliant Machines. It is typically used by Semicon Manufacturing.

 

It receives real time event reports, control, communication and process status, alarms and variable data from the SECS/GEM machines. Data received is passed through Message Queue for user to develop their Applications (Apps).

 

Typical User Applications are Recipe Management, Alarm Management, Statistical and Control System, etc.
